We offer discounted samples of the CorrView ^® corrosion monitor for those individuals interested in an actual physical model for evaluation. Samples are provided in 1-1/2 in. NPT size, 1018 mild carbon steel, and having a 0.035 in. wear dimension.

     While a 0.035 in. thickness dimension will take a moderate time to wear through and produce a color change under even high corrosion condition, having a physical sample is often helpful in judging product quality, integrity, and construction, etc. Simulation of its color change can always be performed through an accelerated salt spray or acid test, or by simply drilling a small hole through its wear surface and exposing it to water or humidity.
