    • Dry and pre-action fire sprinkler
    • Galvanized domestic water
    • Old cast iron sanitary waste pipe
    • New No-hub cast iron pipe
    • Steam condensate

We find far lesser problems at:

• • • Wet fire sprinkler
    • Steam
    • Chill water mains
    • Hot water heating
    • Copper domestic water
    • Natural gas / fuel oil
